Books for Boys

Kids Wings Jeopardy for Flora and Ulysses
Guys Read
Jon Scieszka's site of suggested titles and links for boy readers.
Read Kiddo Read
James Patterson's site, although not specifically created for boy readers, has excellent resources for parents and boys.
Graeme Base
Australian author Graeme Base has always been able to create picture books that appeal to both boys and girls. His classic is Animalia, which is now an iPhone Application.
Two print bibliographies I have found very useful about books for boys:
Allyn, Pam (2011) Best Books for Boys K-8:  How to Engage Boys in Reading in Ways That Will Change Their Lives. NY: Scholastic
Zbaracki, Matthew D. (2008) Best Books for Boys: A Resource for Educators. Westport, Conn.: Libraries Unlimited.
